Post Secondary Education

Equal Partners Foundation has issued a document 16+ that presents a programme starting in the final years of secondary school and progressing to the post-secondary phase. This document describes the transition phase from secondary school to further education or work placement. It can be seen as the amalgamation of the Stepping Out programme incorporated with work experiences.

Some of our professionals are also giving support or working in postsecondary institutions. This is an area that Equal Partners can provide further support in, especially in the designing and implementation of realistic targets and experiences for persons with intellectual disability.
