Early Intervention

The Foundation feels that this service is crucial for not only the long term outcomes of the infants and children but also for the families' well-being. Early intervention targets, along a developmental continuum, the communication, cognitive, physical and social growth of infants and young children (0 to 7 years), while giving them a head start to be able to reach developmental milestones.

Early Intervention is structured, regular and always carried out with the parents present and in the family home. No infant is ever kept on the waiting list and support is frequent, as often as twice and if necessary even three times a week, until parents and baby are settled. When things have settled down, the sessions will be held once a week. The duration of these sessions is between 1 - 2 hours.
