Equal Partners Foundation provides a range of Support Services for people with disabilities and learning difficulties as well as their families, schools and professionals.
These assessments are carried out by professional psychologists together with parents and other educators and help to determine the strengths, the difficulties and the challenges that the individual has. They provide the necessary background to create the framework that has to be put in place to support the individual, assessing the level of support required.
The Foundation feels that this service is crucial for not only the long term outcomes of the infants and children but also for the families' well-being. Read more...
