  • GETTING MARRIED! - Why not give a donation to Equal Partners instead of the souvenirs?  You would be supporting a worthy cause and helping the Foundation to continue to provide services to persons with disability.

The 4 Routes of Funding

Self-funding: This is self-explanatory. Parents/persons with disability pay themselves for the support received.

Individual Sponsorships: These are sponsorships, which are primary developed through the intervention of the individual family/person concerned. For example: a firm sponsors the child of an employee. The Foundation is responsible of providing the sponsor with a regular report with regards to expenses, type of support given and child's progress. The sponsorship could cover all or part of the expenses.

Equal’s Sponsorships: These are sponsorships given to the Foundation, by individuals or firms, which in turn are passed on to a family in need. This process is under the direct responsibility of the Foundation’s Board. The sponsorship could cover all or part of the expenses and is renewable on a yearly basis. The Foundation is responsible of providing the sponsor with a regular report with regards to expenses, type of support given and child’s progress.

Distribution of funds from EPF’S fundraising: The Foundation distributes funds raised by or donated to the Foundation to its member families, by sponsoring up to 20 percent of the support services received by members.
